Mar 3, 2022

Ben Mumme is the founder, curator, and podcast host of the Living Your Greatness Podcast. The purpose of the podcast is to inspire millions of people across the world to achieve greatness and enhance their overall personal well-being.

Living Your Greatness is becoming the go-to resource that CEOs, elite athletes, professional coaches, and entrepreneurs rely on to upgrade themselves. The podcast helps you master the best of what other people have already figured out.

In this episode, Ben shares that from time to time, he will host a solo episode where you will receive personal knowledge, wisdom and life lessons. The goal of solo episodes is to equip you with mindset strategies, tactics and tools to help you live a great life!

Ben starts off the episode by sharing the famous quote from Albert Einstein “Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving.” Most of us on a daily basis use some type of vehicle. Whether you use a bike, car, tractor, wheelchair, or scooter the common element for each is a tire.

Tires are symmetrical and move easily and help us attain smooth travel. But, when the tire is flat, travel is impacted until the tire is changed and this creates a bumpy ride! Using that same analogy, to have a sense of well-being in our lives, Ben explains that there is a balance that must be achieved to keep our bodies and spirits strong enough for our journey called “life.”

While health and wellness seem similar and are often used interchangeably; they are different. Ben discusses how you can achieve the best personal well-being through wellness.
